Oasis Animal Hospital and Emergency announces opening of new state-of-the-art facility

Oasis Animal Hospital and Emergency Center, a leading veterinary practice and ER serving the Greater Greenville area’s dogs and cats, announced the opening of its new hospital located at 900 W. Butler Road. Designed with pets, their owners, and Oasis’ team and staff in mind, the facility is three times the size of Oasis Animal Hospital’s previous location and its opening further establishes the veterinary practice and ER as a leader in innovation and expertise. The state-of-the-art hospital features 14 exam rooms, three surgical suites, an emergency center open daily from 8:00 am – midnight, and a dedicated space for team collaboration and education classes for staff and the community.

Created in collaboration with New York City-based Rauch Architecture and Caldwell Constructors, the hospital’s modern yet warm design reflects Oasis Animal Hospital’s concierge and highly personalized approach to serving clients and treating patients. Lobby amenities include a coffee bar, strategically placed work-friendly outlets, and access to a residential-inspired wraparound outdoor porch.

Aiming to create a calm and comfortable environment for pets and their owners, the facility welcomes clients with a spacious lobby featuring a vaulted cathedral ceiling, glass storefront, and natural light streaming through overhead skylights. The contemporary and inviting design extends throughout the facility, with open spaces and windows offering abundant natural light for clients and staff. To further create a tranquil environment, Oasis Animal Hospital has strategically placed the customer service center so that calls are not answered in the lobby and the hospital’s concierges can focus on clients.

To implement revolutionary technology into practice Oasis worked with Howl Veterinary IT and Bray Technology Solutions. This included implementing a system for employee training that uses in-clinic and in-room audio and video to help train staff on how to educate clients more effectively and engage with them so that they understand the importance of Oasis’ recommendations.
