Office/ Warehouse sold in Charleston

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Propac Headquarters building (former Gas Light Square Movie Theater) located at 5601 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Honeycomb Hideout, LLC purchased the 20,274 sq.ft. office/warehouse property from Crown Realty Inc. for $750,000 as an investment. An announcement regarding the exciting future of the building will be revealed in the following months.
