One Million Cups Columbia Hosts The Columbia Brew Bus and Vino Garage

February 23, 2015

COLUMBIA, SC –  1 Million Cups (1MC), a program to engage, educate and connect entrepreneurs is excited to host Cam Powell of the Columbia Brew Bus and Doug Aylard of The Vino Garage this Wednesday, February 25, from 9am – 10am at Cromer’s P-Nuts.

1 Million Cups is free and is held every Wednesday morning. At 1MC, two early-stage startups present their companies to an audience of mentors, advisers and other entrepreneurs. Each founder presents for six minutes and then fields audience questions for another 20 minutes.

Columbia Brew Bus aims to tap into the city’s growing craft beer community by giving riders a chance to visit, taste and learn about each of the area’s breweries in an all-inclusive guided tour bus experience. Guests of the bus get a behind-the-scenes look into how and why Columbia’s breweries are making their mark, while cruising in a safe, laid-back manner.

The Vino Garage is a neighborhood wine and beer shop that services the North Columbia area of the city. They carry wines and beers that cannot be found in big box stores. They also have a growler station, a wine of the month club and have tastings on the first and third Saturdays of the month.
