Harbor Commercial Partners announces that Todd Garrett, CCIM, SIOR, Tradd Varner, SIOR, and Crawford Riddle represented Orbis Machinery Charleston, LLC, in a lease extension with AJL Investments, LLC. The 11,375 SF industrial space is located at 7222 Peppermill Parkway in North Charleston.
