O’Neal Inc. hires Construction Project Manager

O’Neal Inc., a Greenville-based integrated design and construction firm, has hired Walt Vaughn as Construction Project Manager.
Vaughn has more than 10 years of project management experience. He previously worked for JE Dunn and Whiting-Turner. He earned his bachelor’s in Construction Technology from Appalachian State University.
