O’Neal Inc. hires Project Manager

O’Neal Inc., a Greenville-based integrated design and construction firm, has hired Joe Peer as Senior Project Manager.
Peer has more than 30 years of project management experience, having worked with Moss and Associates and KBR Building Group. He earned his bachelor of science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska and his masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
