July 23, 2019The website, pacoletindustrial.com, is designed for site selection groups, economic advocacy groups and industrial users with the goal of providing a comprehensive resource for site search online.
Pacolet Milliken, a private investment company in South Carolina, has announced the launch of a new online resource for industrial real estate professionals, pacoletindustrial.com.
The website not only provides an in-depth look at individual industrial properties within the Pacolet portfolio, but also aims to help users understand multiple demand drivers in the market and factors related to industrial land acquisition through an interactive mapping tool.
Introducing PacoletIndustrial.com from Colliers International | SC on Vimeo.
The interactive map is powered by datasets and research from commercial real estate firm, Colliers International, and is intended to help visualize detailed information on key points of interest for industrial development such as manufacturers, suppliers, transportation hubs, logistics, access to distribution and more.
Pacolet Milliken currently owns more than 3,300 acres of industrial park land in South Carolina and Georgia, all of which is easily accessible to local and global investors for due diligence research, comparison analysis and consideration purposes via the new website.
“The needs of commercial real estate professionals, especially within the industrial sector are constantly changing. With advisement and expertise from the Colliers website development team, we created the site to respond to those evolving demands,” says Pacolet Milliken Director of Land Development, Jennifer Calabria. “The ability to go online at any time and have this level of in-depth research and site information at your fingertips is invaluable for every company looking to locate in one of our industrial parks. Our hope is to provide a tool which promotes and helps multiply economic development opportunities throughout South Carolina and Georgia.”
Pacolet has undertaken this project in partnership with Colliers International’s industrial brokerage team in Spartanburg, with whom Pacolet has sold 220 acres of land for development by Magna Seating and Keurig Dr. Pepper at Tyger River Industrial Park in Spartanburg, SC within the last 18 months. Over the past 5 years, Pacolet has developed and sold in excess of 800 acres to users such as Toray Industries, Kobelco, Ritrama, Sterling Packaging and others.
The website includes Pacolet’s full inventory of industrial properties in South Carolina and Georgia.
