Palmetto Beverage Management Corp. purchases new corporate headquarters

Colliers International’s Mary Winter Teaster represented Palmetto Beverage Management Corp. in the purchase of its new corporate headquarters, located at 2738 Millwood Avenue in Columbia, SC.
Palmetto Beverage is the South Carolina based management arm for multiple retail alcohol beverage concepts in Georgia and South Carolina that include Green’s Beverage Warehouse, Green’s Beverage stores and The Tap on Ponce.
