COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Rox Pollard and Danny Bonds brokered two leases at Parkland Plaza Shopping Center located in Cayce, South Carolina. Pollard and Bonds represented Parkland Plaza’s owner Parkland Associates, LLC, in the leases of 6,000 square feet to Catch & Release Sportsman Consignment and 1,895 square feet to Monterrey Mexican Restaurant.

One of Columbia’s original and most enduring shopping centers, Parkland Plaza is situated on the thriving Knox Abbott Drive corridor in the heart of Cayce, just west of the Columbia Central Business District and the University of South Carolina. Parkland Plaza is the primary neighborhood shopping center for Cayce/West Columbia. The center is anchored by Bi-Lo, Ace Hardware, Garnet and Black Traditions and Jewelry Warehouse.
