Parsley & Mint seeks to fill 40 positions at new downtown location

Parsley & Mint, a new fast-casual Mediterranean concept that will open in the heart of downtown Greenville this April, is seeking to fill 40 part- and full-time positions at its 600 S. Main Street location.
Through three days of open interviews, the Parsley & Mint team invites local hospitality talent to interview for a number of shift leader and crew member positions.
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply on Indeed.com. A high school diploma or equivalent as well as restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Employees will enjoy a friendly work environment, employee discounts, a shared tip program and flexible scheduling. Military experienced candidates and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Open interviews will be held March 16-18. Timeframes include: 8:00 – 11:00am Tuesday, March 16th, 11:00am – 2:00pm Wednesday, March 17th and 5:00 – 8:00pm Thursday, March 18th.
Interviews will be held at Aloft Greenville Downtown located at 5 North Laurens Street in Greenville.
Next month, Parsley & Mint will hold additional interviews for its University Square location near Furman University, which will open in May. This location will hire for approximately 50 jobs, bringing the grand total for both locations to 90 part- and full-time jobs.
