Patrick Nealon joins Colliers International as retail specialist

Colliers International | South Carolina announced that Patrick Nealon has joined the firm’s Charleston office as a Brokerage Associate, specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation.
“We are pleased to have Patrick in our Charleston office and on our statewide and regional Retail Services Team,” said Jim Garrett, Market President of Colliers International in Charleston. “His familiarity with Charleston market will be a tremendous asset.”
Nealon transitioned into brokerage after completing a research internship in Colliers’ Columbia office where he developed and analyzed retail data for the Charleston market and the state.
“The retail real estate world is fascinating to me because it is ever-changing with technology, e-commerce and last-mile delivery,” said Nealon. “My marketing and research background offers a unique perspective to brokerage which I look forward to leveraging with our clients.”
Originally from Charleston, Nealon has worked in the real estate industry through three internships during his time at the University of South Carolina in Columbia. These internships consisted of marketing, medical and retail market research, and most recently, building a statewide retail research database for Colliers International | South Carolina.
