Patrick Square Named Community of the Year

GREENVILLE, SC – JMC Communities received three Southern Home and Garden Bridge Awards by the Greenville Home Builders Association.
JMC Communities received the award for Community of the Year for its Clemson location, Patrick Square, as well as the awards for Best Exterior and Best Overall in the New Homes Under $500k category.
Patrick Square is the first community of its kind in the Clemson area, a 173-acre authentic Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) community. Patrick Square features new homes that showcase traditional Southern vernacular architecture. The land plan was crafted to encourage and support neighborly interaction.
