Lee & Associates Charleston’s Pete Harper, CCIM, Cameron Yost and Reid Davis, CCIM, SIOR represented the Landlord, RCB Development in the lease of 12,500 SF of Flex Office space located at 1856 Belgrade Avenue in Charleston, SC. NAI Charleston’s, Shep Benjamin represented the Tenant, Flymen Fishing Company in leasing 3,000 SF in Suite B-4 and Raedekopf & Associates’, Erin Hanhauser represented Charleston Muay Thai in leasing 3,000 SF in Suite C-2. The remaining 6,500 SF was leased back in May 2018 to Old Whaling Company. 1856 Belgrade Avenue is currently 100% leased.
