Phase One land development begins for LandTech’s Autumn Pond community

Real estate management and development company breaks ground in Blythewood, S.C.

LandTech, LLC, a private real estate management and development firm headquartered in Columbia, S.C.,  announced Autumn Pond as the latest community to break ground in its extensive portfolio.

Autumn Pond will be joining the Sterling Ponds, Long Cove and Coatbridge communities on Rimer Pond Road in Blythewood in the rapidly growing Northeast Columbia, S.C. market. Land development for Autumn Pond is underway on Phase One, with completion of homesites slated for fall of 2019. Eastwood Homes will be the exclusive builder in Autumn Pond and homes will feature brick, stone and Hardi-Plank exteriors.

The highly acclaimed Richland School District Two schools that will be serving this community are Roundtop Elementary, Blythewood Middle School and Blythewood High School.

Civil Engineering of Columbia is providing engineering and surveying services for Autumn Pond, and the infrastructure contract was awarded to Shirley Construction of Camden, S.C.
