Poogan’s Southern Kitchen opening August 22 in The Beach Company’s Cardinal Crossing Community

Colliers | South Carolina announces that Poogan’s Southern Kitchen will make its public debut on Monday, August 22, in the Cardinal Crossing community at 4605 Forest Drive in Forest Acres.
An official ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for Monday, August 22 at 9:30 a.m., followed immediately by a Grand Opening celebration at 10 a.m. The first 50 guests for the inaugural brunch, beginning at 10 a.m., will receive an exclusive key tag valid for 10% off their bill for up to one year. The first 50 guests for the inaugural dinner, beginning at 3 p.m., will also receive the exclusive key tag.
Ahead of the Grand Opening, Poogan’s Southern Kitchen is offering five social media followers the chance to enjoy an exclusive sneak-peek VIP experience before the space opens to the public. Winners and their guests will be invited to a VIP reception with complimentary appetizers and beverages on Saturday, August 20. Poogan’s Southern Kitchen brings a comfortable and approachable Southern dining experience to Forest Acres. The restaurant occupies 6,600 square feet, which includes spacious banquette seating, a private dining room for events, full bar, state-of-the-art kitchen and a heated outdoor patio to be completed in September. Per Poogan’s tradition, the outdoor dining space will be pet friendly.

With classic Southern dishes, like Chicken & Waffles and Shrimp & Grits, guests of Poogan’s can enjoy daily brunch service beginning at 10 a.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. on weekends. Dinner service begins at 3 p.m. daily. Members of the military, veterans and first responders receive a 10% dine-in discount with valid ID. To-go and delivery will be available for both brunch and dinner.
