Presentation of Master Plan Scheduled for Cantey Bay Plantation

CLARENDON COUNTY, SC – June 3, 2008 – On Tuesday, June 17th, The Beach Company will present to the public the Master Plan for Cantey Bay Plantation as well as the future improvements to Jacks Creek Marina. The event will be held from 5:00pm-7:00pm at the Summerton Cultural Arts Center, 12 South Church Street.
Just minutes from Summerton and Manning, SC, the approximate 4,000 acre property includes almost 2 miles of frontage on Lake Marion. Only 70 miles from Charleston, 80 miles from Columbia and 50 miles from Florence, Cantey Bay Plantation is the largest tract available in the area with undeveloped lake frontage.
