Pride & Punchlines returns to Georgetown for 5th annual comedy fundraiser

PFLAG Pawleys Island will host the 5th Annual Pride & Punchlines Comedy Show on Saturday, April 25th at the historic Winyah Auditorium in Georgetown, SC.
The evening will feature nationally touring comedian Lace Larrabee, a semi finalist from America’s Got Talent Season 17, along with Master of Ceremonies Alan Massenburg, who has appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show and TMZ.
Formerly known as Laugh Out Loud Comedy for a Cause, the event has grown into one of the region’s most anticipated community fundraisers supporting PFLAG Pawleys Island’s work in support, education, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
“This is more than a fundraiser, it’s our mission in action,” said Executive Director Mark Bayer. “We’re building community one laugh at a time.”
Food Vendors, Careteam Plus Health & Wellness and Voter Registration Information start at 5:00 PM on the front grounds, doors and cash bar open at 6:00 PM. The event is 18+ admittance and 21+ to drink.
