Prince George Winyah announces Wednesday Lenten Lunch series

Prince George Winyah Parish Church invites members of the Georgetown community to be part of its Wednesday Lenten Lunch series, beginning on February 25 and running through March 25.
Starting at noon each week, there will be an abbreviated Eucharist in the sanctuary, followed by a soup and salad lunch in the upstairs of the Bourne Building with a short video teaching series, followed by the offering of intercessory prayers.
Over the five-week series, the clergy will reflect on one of the following questions during each session:
Do our lives really matter?
Why can’t we always have what we want?
What does it mean to have a relationship with God?
What are we really doing with our time?
Do we try so hard to live a perfect life that we miss out on how to truly live?
