Prince George Winyah Church Women to host Annual Art and Food Sale March 27–28
March 11, 2026Local residents and visitors alike are invited to enjoy a delightful blend of creativity and homemade treats when the Prince George Winyah Church Women host their annual Art and Food Sale on March 27–28.
Held in conjunction with the Prince George Historic Tour of Plantations and Homes, the popular event is free and open to the public, offering a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for browsing, sampling, and supporting a meaningful cause. 
For the 2026 tour, the sale will take place at St. Mary’s Catholic Church Parish Hall, located at 317 Broad Street in Georgetown, as the Prince George Parish Hall is under renovation. Doors will be open Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Visitors will find an impressive selection of artwork from 25 local artists and artisans, featuring an assortment of original paintings, drawings and pottery. Complementing the art will be an array of homemade baked goods and canned items, including cookies and cakes, all prepared and donated by members of Prince George Winyah Church.
Proceeds from the Art and Food Sale support the church’s outreach missions and the preservation of its historic buildings.
