Protein Snack Bites

Create endless varieties of protein snack bites using simple, wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 4 Egg Whites, whipped with a fork
- Assorted healthy items such as raw almonds, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, almond butter, raisins, coconut, cranberries, dried cherries, sunflower seeds, oatmeal, pine nuts, etc.
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray 24 mini muffin tins or coat with light coating of olive oil.
- Place a small drop of egg whites on the bottom of each compartment.
- Add a pinch of ingredients to your liking.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove while hot using butter knife and lay on cutting board to cool.
Combinations shown:
-Grated Parmesan cheese + egg white
-Peanut butter + almond slices + raisins + egg white
-Almond butter + sunflower seeds + cranberries + egg white
-Egg whites + sliced almonds
-Egg whites + pine nuts + oatmeal
-Oatmeal + sliced almonds + dried cherries + egg white
*Note: The thinner the egg white, the thinner and crispier the snacks wil be.
