Provo City Utilities Selects AAC Utility Partners to Lead Technology Assessment
August 6, 2014COLUMBIA, SC – Provo City Utilities, located in Provo Utah, has selected AAC Utility Partners to provide consulting services in conjunction with creating a technology assessment of its legacy Customer Information System (CIS). Throughout the assessment project, AAC Utility Partners will guide Provo City Utilities through the process of identifying its key business processes and technical requirements, which will ultimately allow Provo City Utilities to provide the best customer service in the coming years.
The primary goals of the technology assessment are as follows:
- To identify the best solutions for Provo City Utilities current business operation challenges and future technology goals.
- To provide clear direction for moving forward and enabling the best-fit solutions for minimizing the risk to Provo City Utilities.
- To meet the needs of the utility as well as the needs of its customer base.
