Public invited to Downtown Design Guidelines feedback session
October 20, 2025Drop-in Meeting Set for Tuesday, Oct. 28
Do you have an opinion about how downtown Greenville should grow?
On Tuesday, Oct. 28 — as part of the City’s monthly Project Preview Meeting — the public will have a second opportunity to offer feedback on the update to the Downtown Design Guidelines.
City staff and the consultants will host a public engagement session to solicit feedback and identify key takeaways that will shape their final recommendations. Residents can drop in anytime from Noon to 2 p.m. and again from 4 to 6 p.m. on Oct. 28 at the Prisma Health Welcome Center in Unity Park.
Topics will include, but are not limited to: preserving the unique character of downtown, managing transitions, strengthening the public realm, and balancing architectural style.
