Pvolve-Columbia debuts in Columbia

Pvolve, an omni-channel fitness company making their South Carolina debut with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, June 12 and a grand opening celebration Saturday, June 15 from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.
The fitness franchise pairs low-impact, functional movement with resistance equipment to build strong, mobile bodies. Pvolve Columbia, the first Pvolve in South Carolina, is owned and operated by Ashley Lamb, a Lexington native and University of South Carolina graduate. Lamb joined Pvolve over five years ago by streaming their workouts and was drawn to the low impact, different from any other workout.
“The movement felt so different, that my body began craving it. I have always worked out, but now I am in the best shape of my life after starting Pvolve,” says Lamb.
Pvolve Columbia is located on the ground floor of Bennet at BullStreet, in a state-of-the-art studio that was constructed by Cohn Corporation. The studio is 2,156 SF which consists of the main studio space, a private training room, a sales floor, locker rooms and an office. Custom branding signage, acoustic slack walls and wall-to-wall mirrors finish the studio’s elevated interiors.
