Pyramid Contracting breaks ground on North Shore CDR+J in the Lowcountry

Pyramid Contracting announced the groundbreaking of North Shore CDR+J, a new automotive dealership project in the Lowcountry. The project is owned by Jack Hanania and is scheduled for completion on November 1, 2026.
The facility will feature a combination of precast concrete, structural steel, concrete foundations, ACM panels, and curtain wall systems, delivering the clean, modern aesthetic and structural performance expected of a premier CDR+J dealership.
This project represents more than just a new build, it marks a significant milestone for both the client and Pyramid’s Lowcountry team.
Expanding Regional Vision
North Shore CDR+J is the first of several dealerships the client plans to develop in the area, making this project a foundational piece of a larger growth strategy. For Pyramid, it reinforces an ongoing relationship within the Stellantis brand network and continues momentum in the automotive sector.

“This means a lot to Pyramid’s Team Lowcountry as this will be our second premier CDR+J dealership in the region. We are a preferred builder for the Stellantis brand,” said Terry Prince, VP of General Construction in the Lowcountry.

Superintendent of this project, Paul also sees this as an opportunity to build on an important client relationship.
