QDOBA, a leading fast-casual Mexican restaurant, announced today that the company will open its newest location in Greenville, SC on Feb 3, 2026 at The Shops at Greenridge. Known for its freshly prepared burritos, bowls, and always-free, hand-smashed guacamole and signature three-cheese queso, QDOBA will offer residents and guests a variety of flavorful, Mexican-inspired foods, including its own signature dishes as well as customizable meals. QDOBA has been named by USA Today’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards as the nation’s “Best Fast Casual Restaurant” for six years running. More than 25 new jobs are expected to be created as a result.
Guests will be invited to create their own meal by choosing from a variety of protein selections and toppings made in-house daily, including its free guacamole, QDOBA’s signature, three-cheese queso, pico de gallo and more.
The first 100 guests in line on opening day, Tuesday, February 3, will win a free burrito or bowl every month for a year.
QDOBA arrives in Greenville alongside Thrive Restaurant Group, owned and operated by Jon Rolph, who is helping the brand expand its presence in the Greenville, SC market.

QDOBA uses ingredients freshly prepared in-house daily. Guests may enjoy one of its signature eats for convenience and ease or customize their own burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, nachos and salads to suit their personal tastes and cravings. The new QDOBA restaurant is located at 1125 Woodruff Rd, and daily store hours are 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. This location will offer convenient online ordering at QDOBA.com and through the QDOBA app, where guests can earn rewards for future visits.
