Queens Court in Mount Pleasant being redeveloped

Queens Court, the residential complex situated across from Agave’s Cantina, is undergoing a redevelopment project. The former 22 duplexes have been demolished, making way for 22 new duplexes on the same site.
The new construction will maintain the existing number of residential units and adhere to the current development standards. The project will disturb 3.5 acres of land and is within half a mile of a receiving water body, aligning with a broader common plan of development.
The approved plans include a refreshed sidewalk façade and updated duplex designs, as depicted in the project’s rendering.
