Radekopf & Associates announces lease of 20,600 SF retail space

MT. PLEASANT, SC – Steve Radekopf with Radekopf & Associates, landlord rep for Bamoza, LLC leased approximately 20,600 sq feet to ALDI Inc., who was represented by Darren Wood with The Providence Group and John Orr of Colliers International.

The new grocery store will be located in the former PINZ Bowling space in The Plaza at East Cooper at 613 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
