Raiders Overcome Adversity with Win over Union County

COVID-19 didn’t shut down the Laurens Raiders, and neither did the Union County Yellow Jackets. Fielding a roster of 30 from one previously containing 47, Daryl Smith’s team pulled away in the 2nd half to pick up its 1st victory after close setbacks to T.L. Hanna and Clinton.

The 44-28 margin was impressive, given the circumstances.
