Winning for the second time in three days, Laurens defeated Lugoff-Elgin 12-4 at Ed Prescott Field.
The victory means the Raiders can skip right past a Wednesday elimination game and await the winning team’s visit to Laurens on Friday night. After spotting the Demons 2 runs in the first inning, Laurens effectively settled the game with 7 runs in the third.
