Randolph joins BlackStream International as residential and commercial agent

Residential and commercial real estate agent Robbie Randolph has joined BlackStream International Real Estate, a Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate based in Greenville but serving the entire Upstate of South Carolina.
In his new role as a member of the award-winning BlackStream | Christie’s International team, Randolph draws on his considerable real estate knowledge to assist both residential and commercial clients. The ability to offer expert service in both types of markets is unique and the primary reason Randolph chose to continue his real estate career with BlackStream.
“I love helping people find a home, but having over 10 years of commercial experience, I just couldn’t get it out of my system,” Randolph says. “I now have the full suite of tools and resources at my disposal to help make you love where you live and where you work.”
A longtime Greenville resident, Randolph has spent more than a decade in multiple facets of real estate. He previously owned a mortgage company, working with homeowners to achieve their financing goals. Randolph then spent many years in real estate investment, real estate development and property management for a privately held foundation.
Rounding out his skill set, Randolph also offers home decor and style expertise to his clients, and as a father of four young children, he understands even the most practical aspects of home-buying and staging.
From the initial financing to creating an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable home, Randolph is prepared to assist his clients in the entire process, whether they are searching for their dream home or the perfect office space to lease.
