Rawle Murdy Adds Chris Van Duyne and Sebastian Hale to its Growing Team

CHARLESTON, SC – Rawle Murdy, an integrated brand agency made up of innovative communication professionals, announced two new hires that will meet the needs of its growing team and client roster. Chris Van Duyne has been named Account Director in Brand Leadership, while Sebastian Hale has joined the firm as a Public Relations Account Coordinator.

Chris Van Duyne, Account Director
Van Duyne previously owned a marketing and branding agency that featured clients such as Yamaha Golf Cars, IMG and Bridgestone Golf. Van Duyne was also instrumental in the launch of Garden & Gun, where he served as the magazine’s National Advertising Director. Prior to that, Van Duyne was President of Avid Media Group where he led a regional team of independent sales executives that represented titles such as Golf Digest, Golf World and Forbes Magazine.
Van Duyne established his career in the pharmaceutical advertising industry, working on direct-to-customer campaigns for Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson, as well as brands such as Maxfli, Dunlop and Slazenger. As a graduate of The Ohio State University, Chris enjoys traveling, playing golf, cooking. He and his wife are expecting their first child later this year.
Sebastian Hale, Account Coordinator
Before joining Rawle Murdy, Hale worked at a number of boutique public relations firms before spending more than two years at Lou Hammond & Associates, a travel, tourism and PR agency headquartered in New York City. During his tenure, Sebastian wrote press material, managed social media content and hosted press trips while developing positive relationships with local and national media. When he’s not in the office, Sebastian enjoys spending time on the water sailing and exploring the Lowcountry.
