Chart your own path to Flow

Last week we gave you five vital questions.

At the end of each week, record your answers.

If you missed the questions, email me for a copy.

This week, we’ll give you the other seven questions.

Review the previous week’s answers first.

Then record this week’s answers with them in mind.

It will help you gauge your own progress.

1. When were you bored?

Were you doing what had to be but wasn’t fun?

What would happen if you didn’t do it.

If it’s needed, who could do it better than you?

Why don’t you delegate it to them?

2. What was your most exciting challenge this week?

What really got your adrenaline flowing.

How could you do more of this next week?

3. When did you mentally criticize yourself?

Such as: “Why did you do something stupid like that?”

Are these frequent internal conversations?

Couldn’t you turn them into a learning experience?

4. What distracted you from doing your best?

Do you invite such distractions regularly?

Couldn’t you just close your door to distractions?

5. How can you avoid those distractions next week?

Schedule times when you’ll refuse to be distracted.

6. How committed are you to next week’s goals?

If you aren’t committed, you’ll work against yourself.

And that will be a greater source of frustration.

7. How can you find better results next week?

Plan what you want and must do next week.

Schedule time for the unexpected and unplanned.

It will happen. Be prepared.

Answer these questions honestly this week.

They will show you the causes of great performance.

They will also identify the things that hold you back.

Be grateful for being able to make Flow work for you.

God gives us our talents and time.

It’s up to us to use them wisely.
