Rebuild Upstate raises $74k at annual A Toast To Home fundraiser
March 4, 2026Rebuild Upstate, a local nonprofit dedicated to preserving safe and affordable housing for individuals and families in need, held its annual fundraiser last week, raising a total of $74,000 for the nonprofit’s home repair program. This is more than the event has ever raised before.
A Toast to Home is an annual silent auction event hosted by Rebuild Upstate to celebrate the transformative solutions that critical home repairs provide for around 150 Upstate families each year. The evening of warmth, community, and giving back took place at the Annex at Judson Mill, where friends and neighbors gathered to celebrate the comfort of a safe home and raise support for those who need critical home repairs to feel safe again.
This year, between ticket proceeds and silent auction bids, the organization raised $74,000, funds that will directly support local homeowners with necessary home repairs.
“We are so grateful to every single person who showed up and made a toast with us. We couldn’t do any of what we do without the support of our donors and volunteers, and that support helps us preserve affordable housing in the Upstate,” said Rebuild Upstate CEO Jake Beaty. “This was our third year putting on this event, and each year we can only hope to make it better and better.”
This year’s A Toast To Home was generously sponsored by NAI Earle Furman, Founders Federal Credit Union, and TTI, along with many local businesses and individuals.
