Greenville, South Carolina (June 2011):  Stuart Wyeth and Peter Couchell, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord in renewing a 3,000 SF office space at Eastside Medical Center.  

Greenville, South Carolina (June 2011):  Grice Hunt, Ford Borders, SIOR and John Staunton of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord in leasing a 60,000 SF industrial space at White Horse Industrial Park in Greenville.

Anderson, South Carolina (June 2011):  David Feild, CCIM and Tyson Smoak of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord in securing a 10 year lease for a 3,500 SF office space at Cardinal Professional Park in Anderson.  The space was leased to Anderson Pediatric Dentistry, PA.

Sales

Piedmont, South Carolina (June 2011):  Dave Reeves of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented Delwood LLC a Division of Gibbs International, Inc. in the sale of the Estes Plant, a 336,500 SF former textile manufacturing facility, to GRTS, LLC. GRTS, LLC will manufacture specialty radiators for the auto industry at this location.  

Greer, South Carolina (June 2011):  Glenn Batson of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the buyer in the purchase of a 35,000 SF industrial building at 1075 Victor Hill Road in Greer.  

Greenville, South Carolina (June 2011):  Earle Furman, SIOR, Jon Good, SIOR and Alexi Papapieris of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented Burgess Four Properties in selling a 55,000 SF industrial building at 615 Worley Road in Greenville.
