Greenville, South Carolina (December 2011):  David Feild, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of Woodruff Place in leasing a 2,364 SF office space to Prime Lending  The property is located at 133 Woodruff Place Circle in Simpsonville.
 
Anderson, South Carolina (December 2011):  John Powell, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman represented Quickway Transportation of leasing a 4,000 SF industrial space located at 111 Roush Street in Anderson.

Greenville, South Carolina (December 2011):  Tyson Smoak of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of Morgan Manor retail center in leasing a 2,450 SF space to Upstate Fatherhood Coalition.
 
Greenville, South Carolina (December 2011):  John D. Gray, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of 703 Wade Hampton Boulevard in leasing the 3,400 SF freestanding retail building. The space was leased to Little Pampered People Consignment Store.
  
Greenville, South Carolina (December 2011):  Stuart Wyeth and Peter Couchell, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman represented Flagship LLC in leasing a 3,304 SF office space in Eastside Medical Center located at 10 Enterprise Blvd.  The tenant, Ability Pros. and Orthotics was represented by David Feild, CCIM and Tyson Smoak.
 
Mauldin, South Carolina (December 2011):  Ted Lyerly, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman represented the landlord of Crescentwood Village in leasing a 1,738 SF retail space to Ob Hospitalist, LLC who was represented by John Gray, CCIM, also of NAI Earle Furman.  The center is located at 783 E Butler Road, Mauldin, SC.
 
Greenville, South Carolina (December 2011):  Stuart Wyeth of NAI Earle Furman represented OZRE Greenville in leasing a 1,127 SF office space at Park Central Office Park located at 545 N. Pleasantburg Drive.  The space was leased to Apex Systems, Inc.
