Greeenville, SC – (September 2010): John Gray, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of 710 C. Lowndes Hill Road in leasing a 9,923 SF office space. The space was leased to M.I. Vida Abundance, Inc.
Greer, SC (September 2010): Greg Koch of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented S&K Land Co. in purchasing a 1,915 SF office space located at The Offices at Parkway Commons in Greer.
Greenville, SC (September 2010): Ford Borders, SIOR and Grice Hunt of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented Airport Industrial Park, LLC in leasing a 10,000 SF industrial space located on Runion Road in Greer. The space was leased to ECT Transportation.
