Experienced Real Estate Professional Joins Reedy Property Group Amid Continued Growth
Reedy Property Group, a locally-owned Upstate leader in commercial real estate, land sales, and property management announced Jeremy Bouknight as the firm’s new Broker in Charge. An industry veteran, Bouknight will oversee brokerage operations for Reedy Commercial and Reedy Land Co.

Bouknight joins Reedy Property Group at a pivotal moment. Over the past two years, the company has experienced tremendous growth, both in workforce and market share. Starting with 18 employees two years ago, the firm now boasts a team of 55 employees and brokers. Known for uncovering undervalued properties primed for dynamic growth, Reedy is becoming a leader in identifying strategic investment opportunities across the Southeast. Additionally, their land division has cemented a reputation as a trusted leader in land brokerage with over $30,500,000.00 in transaction volume year to date.
Born and raised in the Columbia area and a longtime resident of the Upstate, Bouknight graduated from Clemson University in 2007. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed hundreds of transactions across various asset classes. Prior to joining Reedy Property Group, Jeremy founded and led his own brokerage and most recently served as Broker in Charge from 2021 to 2024.
