Chandler Ayers is a highly accomplished Senior Real Estate Associate specializing in acquisitions and dispositions across the Carolinas. Since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 2017, Ayers has brokered more than $144 million in real estate transactions, representing investors across a wide range of asset classes.
A graduate of Clemson University, Ayers has consistently ranked among the top producers in his office, earning top-producing broker recognition in 2020, 2021, 2023, and 2024. He is particularly known for his expertise in flex, industrial, and multi-tenant retail properties, with a proven ability to guide clients through complex investment transactions.
