COLUMBIA, SC – June 19, 2013 – For the second consecutive year, Reggie Belcher, a shareholder in the Columbia law office of Turner Padget Graham & Laney P.A., has been recognized as one of the Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys – Up and Comers in the June 16, 2013, issue of Human Resource Executive magazine. The list was prepared for the magazine by LawDragon. The South Carolina Supreme Court has certified Reggie as a specialist in Employment and Labor Law, and he is a Certified Mediator.
