Registration Now Open for 15th Annual Run Like a Mann 5K

Lace up those sneakers, because registration is officially open for the 15th Annual Run Like a Mann 5K, set for Saturday, October 11, 2025.
The community favorite race honors the life and legacy of Tim Mann, a beloved friend and local inspiration. What began as a way to remember Tim has grown into a tradition that blends fitness, fellowship, and philanthropy—all while supporting a cause close to home.
Hosted at 1337 Medical Ridge Road in Clinton, the event welcomes everyone, from competitive runners chasing a personal best to families who simply want to walk together and enjoy a fall morning in Laurens County.
“This race has never been just about speed,” organizers said. “It’s about community, joy, and carrying forward Tim’s spirit. Every step taken is a step that makes a difference.”
Proceeds from the 5K directly benefit the Laurens County Cancer Association (LCCA), providing financial and emotional support to local cancer patients. Because funds remain in Laurens County, participants can be confident their entry fee is helping friends, neighbors, and families right here at home.
Online registration is now open, and early sign-ups are encouraged. As the organizers note with a smile: “The earlier you register, the longer you get to brag about it.”
