Renewable Water Resources announces Fogleman as new Commissioner

Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) announced Chip Fogleman, P.E., P.L.S., has been appointed by the Governor of South Carolina as the organization’s newest commissioner.

Fogleman is the president and principle of Fant, Reichert & Fogleman Inc. He joins the Board of Commissioners with over 33 years of experience in civil engineering, with expertise in storm detention, erosion control, water and sewer distribution and collection systems, computer modeling of distribution systems, pump station design and construction management.

Fogleman is a member of the South Carolina Society of Professional Engineers, the American Water Works Association and the Water and Pollution Control Association. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
