Operations Challenge Competitions are held across the country and allow operations teams to vie for the top spot in various event categories, testing their operations skills and abilities while being timed and judged on performances. These competitions bring to light the most efficient processes and the latest technology, further developing the skills of participants.

The Blackwater Bruiser’s past achievements include: 2012 Water Environment Federation National Championship division II, 2013 Water Environment Association of South Carolina (WEASC) state championship and the 2015 WEASC state championship.
