We celebrate the life and legacy of USC’s first African-American professor with readings by Greener biographer Katherine Reynolds Chaddock and world premieres by composers Valerie Coleman and Jeff Scott of the Grammy-nominated Imani Winds. The concert is performed by School of Music faculty and students, and features Columbia baritone Kendrick Williams. Supported by a Creative and Performing Arts Grant from the USC Provost’s Office and by the USC School of Music.
