Richland Library spotlights the power of reggae music

February 19, 2021

Richland Library continues our celebration of Black History Month with a virtual performance from an incredible Roots Reggae band. Join us for Evening Arts: Mystic Vibrations from 7 – 8 p.m., Friday, February 19 on our Facebook Page.

The online program, which is free and open to the public, spotlights uplifting songs from Mystic Vibrations that contain conscious lyrics relating to love, unity, life’s daily struggles and the revelation of trust.

The band is a four-piece rhythm section, and it features the following exceptionally talented musicians:

  • Ric Williams (Guitar and Lead Vocals)
  • Dion “Caution” Samuel (Drums)
  • George “Raheem” Johnson (Bass)
  • Marcus “Marky”‘ Ruby (Keyboards and Backing Vocals)
