Richland One offering Golden Activities Passes for senior citizens

Senior citizens age 60 and older who live within the Richland One school attendance zone are eligible to receive a complimentary Golden Activities Pass to attend athletics events. The pass provides seniors with free admission to all district-sponsored athletics events, except Sportsarama and playoff games.
Seniors can obtain a Golden Activities Pass from the Richland One Office of Communications, which is located in the Stevenson Administrative Building (1616 Richland Street, Columbia, SC, 29201). Golden Activities Passes are issued on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and from 2-4 p.m.
To obtain a Golden Activities Pass, seniors must show a valid driver’s license or a South Carolina Identification Card as proof of residence within Richland One. The pass is only valid for the person whose name is listed on the identification.
