Richland One to hold superintendent search community forums March 12-13

Richland One students, staff, parents and community members are invited to share their thoughts about the district’s next leader during three upcoming community forums.
The community forums will be led by consultants from BWP & Associates, the search firm hired by the Richland One Board of School Commissioners to conduct a national superintendent search.
Each of the three community forums will follow the same format. Persons interested in attending can choose the date and location that is most convenient for them. The schedule is as follows:

The BWP & Associates consultants will use the information gathered through the community forums to help develop a leadership profile and selection criteria for Richland One’s next superintendent.
The search firm also will seek input through an online survey and focus groups. The survey will open March 10; the survey announcement and link will be posted on the district’s website (www.RichlandOne.org).
“Selecting a superintendent to lead our district is a critical decision, and we encourage all Richland One stakeholders to let their voices be heard by participating in this process,” said Board Chairman Robert Lominack.
