Rick Baxter Joins Coldwell Banker Caine in Seneca

SENECA, SC – Coldwell Banker Caine recently welcomed Rick Baxter as a residential sales agent to its Seneca office.
Baxter joins Coldwell Banker Caine with years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to starting his real estate career, Baxter worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Figtree BGC Consulting. He received his B.S. in History from Crown College.
Extremely active in the community, Baxter is involved with the Experimental Aircraft Association, Pickens County Pilots Association and Meals-on-Wheels. He was also a Board of Directors Nominee for Missionaire International and bus driver for the elderly. In his free time, Baxter enjoys art collecting, sailing, diving, watersports, motorsports, reading, flying and traveling. He and his wife, Tricia, have four children and four grandchildren. They reside in Salem, S.C.
