Rob Strickland Joins First Citizens as Insurance Officer

COLUMBIA, SC – July 24, 2008 – First Citizens is pleased to welcome Rob Strickland to its team. Strickland serves as an insurance officer in the Midlands. In this role, he focuses on needs-based insurance planning for both individuals and businesses.
“Having a dedicated insurance officer available to our Midlands clients gives us a competitive advantage,” said Bill Ginger, vice president and sales manager.
Strickland holds a bachelor of arts degree in finance and economics from Lander University. Prior to joining First Citizens, Strickland worked as a registered representative and insurance professional for New York Life. Strickland is a member of the Columbia United FC, serving on the fundraising committee. He also serves as a soccer coach and recreational director.
