ROI Commercial broker and principal, George Meetze, represented Irmo Music Academy, LLC in the purchase of a +/-4,184 square foot office building located at 1061 Lake Murray Blvd, Irmo, SC. This will be the third location for The Columbia Arts Academy, with the other locations being near the downtown area of Columbia and Lexington. The Columbia Arts Academy is the largest music school in the state of South Carolina with an active enrollment of over 1,300 students in their Columbia and Lexington locations.
Director Marty Fort says “We’re very excited about the purchase of the new building on Lake Murray Blvd. It has great parking, 10 spacious teaching rooms, a huge lobby for parents with high ceilings, allowing for a very open and upscale feel.
