You can say so much without saying a word.
It’s what you do that people read anyway.
Body language is a major way we communicate.
We read body language and interpret it.
Others read you and draw their own conclusions.
A sour look? You must be having a bad day.
They don’t want to have to deal with you.
Maybe you look tired or mad or sad.
It shows in your face and your body. Get over it.
You can’ afford that in business.
The psychology is all wrong.

You can work yourself into a good mood.
You just have to be conscious of it.
It’s all about your attitude, coach Lou Holtz says.
You can choose to have a good one or a bad one.
But it’s up to you.

Attraction exists in your body language.
Use the tone of your voice. The look on your face.
The way your body moves and positions itself.
Use your body language to be appealing to others.
Body language shows your confidence in yourself.
Do you look the prospect in the eyes?
Do you stand and sit with your shoulders back?
Does your tone of voice sound confident?
Do you seem at ease and in control of yourself?
Does it tell your prospect or client what you want?
That you are there to help them solve problems?
Achieve goals? Succeed in what they aim for?
Help them get what they want?
These are the rules of positive body language.
